Terms and conditions
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when the provider accepts it. Times are shown in Qatar time (GMT+3).
Payments
Prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Online payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Wallet balances can be used for future bookings.
Cancellations and refunds
Pending and accepted bookings can be cancelled from My bookings. Amounts already paid are refunded to your wallet unless stated otherwise.
Service areas
Providers serve specific areas in Qatar. A booking can only be placed for an address the provider covers.
